Shipping & Delivery Info

NY Home Decor processes every order with the utmost speed and efficiency, but shipping time varies based on factors such as product type, stock status and shipping destination. We work to expedite the process as much as possible, and usually have the product on its way to you within one business day from when you place the order or it reaches the warehouse. Please note that custom/specialty products, or products on backorder, can take up to several weeks until delivery is possible.

You can verify the estimated delivery date for individual products, before placing your order, on each product page. For all orders, you will receive an email within one business day after order confirmation informing you of the estimated delivery date. You can track order and delivery status by logging in to your account or clicking on the link we will email you.

NY Home Decor offers free shipping on all orders above $149, across the United States 48 contiguous states. If your total order is under $149, you will incur a $19.99 surcharge.

Free Shipping doesn't apply for Freight (LTL) orders. The cost for Freight (LTL) orders varies from $79 to $199.

How to prepare for your delivery:

Please make sure that the delivery service will have the access necessary to complete the delivery at the time it is expected. If you live in a gated community, please make the necessary arrangements in advance to allow access. If, for any reason, you believe that the delivery service may have difficulty delivering to your home, please let us know in advance.

For larger items
(such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one piece toilets)

Freight delivery is guaranteed only until your curbside, which means the driver will not be able to bring it into your home. Please ensure that someone else will be able to do that.

Sign for your delivery:

For larger items (such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one piece toilets)

Large items will require a signature. Please make sure someone will be present at the time of delivery and will be able to inspect the item and sign the delivery receipt. You will be responsible for anything he or she does or doesn’t do, as if you were there to receive it yourself.

For smaller items (such as faucets, small sinks, door knobs)

Smaller items are delivered via UPS Ground or another ground shipping service, and generally do not require signature upon delivery. Once the delivery company records your order as delivered, we cannot assume any further responsibility for tracking your item, so if you’d like to require a signature upon delivery for small items, please let us know.

Inspect your delivery:

For larger items (such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one piece toilets)

Inspect the products immediately in the presence of the delivery driver. If there’s any mistake, damage or missing part, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Please take digital photos if possible.

If you cannot inspect the order while the driver is waiting, please write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt. Inspect your order within 24 hours, and contact us immediately if anything is wrong. If you sign the delivery receipt without this notation, we can no longer be held responsible for any damages.

For smaller items (such as faucets, small sinks, door knobs)

Please make sure to open and inspect the product within 24 hours of delivery.

If something is wrong with my order:

Please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can help figure out what went wrong. We cannot guarantee to take responsibility if we were not notified within 24 hours of receipt.
